• All orders are processed and handed over to our shipping partners within 3–4 business days (excluding weekends, public holidays, and unforeseen delays).

• During sale periods, holidays, or unforeseen logistical issues, dispatch timelines may extend beyond the usual timeframe.

• Customers will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once the order is shipped.

• Our responsibility ends once the consignment has been handed over to the courier partner with valid tracking details shared with the buyer.

• Any delay or non-delivery claims must be taken up directly with the courier/postal service using the tracking details provided.

6. Address & Delivery

• Orders will be delivered strictly to the shipping address provided by the buyer at checkout.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information entered is accurate and complete. TCG Republic will not be held responsible for delivery failures or delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

• Any re-shipping due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt will incur additional charges borne by the buyer.

7. Delivery Confirmation

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details sent to your registered email ID.

• Delivery of our services is considered complete once the shipment shows a “Delivered” status on the courier company’s tracking portal.
