Cancellation & Refund Policy

At TCG Republic, we strive to ensure a seamless experience for all collectors. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding cancellations and refunds.

1. Order Cancellations

  • Processing Window: Cancellation requests are not guaranteed. Once an order has been communicated to our vendors or entered the “Processing/Shipping” stage, it cannot be canceled.

  • Restocking Fee: All approved cancellations (requested by the customer before shipping) are subject to a 10% restocking fee to cover administrative and payment processing costs.

  • Perishable Goods: We do not accept cancellations or returns for perishable items (e.g., snacks or flowers). In cases of quality issues, a refund or replacement may be issued at our discretion upon proof of defect.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • The “Unboxing Video” Requirement: To maintain the integrity of our inventory, no claims for damage, missing items, or “not as described” products will be entertained without a continuous, unedited unboxing video. The video must clearly show the unopened package, the shipping label, and the subsequent reveal of the contents.

  • Reporting Timeline: Any issues must be reported to our Customer Service team within 2 days (48 hours) of the delivery timestamp.

  • Verification: Refunds or replacements for damaged goods are subject to merchant verification. We reserve the right to inspect the item before finalizing a resolution.

3. Manufacturer Warranties

  • For factory-sealed products (e.g., Booster Boxes, Tins) that have internal manufacturing defects (e.g., missing hit cards, printing errors), please contact the original manufacturer directly. TCG Republic is not liable for factory-level production errors.

4. Non-Delivery & Returns to Sender

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or failure to collect the delivery, the following will be deducted from your refund:

    1. The original shipping fee.

    2. The return shipping fee charged by the carrier.

    3. A 10% restocking fee.

5. Refund Processing

  • Once a refund is approved, please allow 6-8 business days for the funds to reflect in your original payment method.
